In this role, you will oversee and assist with all helpdesk operations for corporate office and 30 hotels in a hosted Microsoft Exchange environment. Coordinate system installation and training. Manage company wide network infrastructure including firewalls, network equipment, workstations/laptops, guest networks, phone systems, company servers, software, VPN, anti-virus, backup solutions, enterprise applications, e-mail, etc.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Project Team completes the project within budget, on schedule and within scope, and manages the project process per the standards and guidelines of the Portfolio and Project Management Office.
The IT Manager is accountable for the establishment, development, maintenance of policy and standards, and day to day operation for the activities of the support staff. This position is accountable for the leadership for the IS Clinical Support team members in the Operations Center. It requires good management and critical thinking to achieve excellence in workflow for the assigned area.
