This IT Security Analyst (Awareness and Training) is overall responsible for our security awareness and training program. Ultimately this person's job is to reduce risk to our organization by ensuring all employees, staff and contractors know,understand and follow our security requirements and behave in a secure manner.
The IT Regulatory Compliance Analyst works with the Information Risk Management organization to help ensure that all regulatory compliance requirements are met and supports the overall IT organization.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team comprised of a project manager, business analysts, developers and customers to provide analysis, software development lifecycle support and change management support on various applications assigned to the system support center.
Proactive leadership from operational standpoint in development of international expansion blueprint and readiness evaluation; collaborate with International stakeholders to partner in development of launch plans and act as project manager to ensure all operational launch milestones are achieved.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop procedures necessary to ensure the security of information system assets and to protect them from intentional or inadvertent access, disclosure, or destruction.
Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes & perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation.
Responsibilities include collaborating and building partnerships internally, facilitating the process of gathering functional and system requirements, meeting with internal clients to determine critical features, and making recommendations based on features and gathered requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will define the To-be state of business process and workflow as expected by customer (user and IT teams) along with thought leadership inputs, refinements and improvements which will help the customer to achieve objectives faster and in efficient manner.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in tasks ranging from gathering business information, liaising with external and internal stakeholders as well as working between business and technical teams.
The IT Technical Analyst is teamed with IT Business Analysts to work with corporate sponsors, customers, and other team members to understand requirements for creation of and changes to software that support business processes.
