Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
Provides direct assistance to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources by maintaining Outlook Calendar, making travel arrangements, completing research assignments, creating detailed and creative reports using Excel, PowerPoint or Word, and capturing meeting minutes
Manage Tuition Reimbursement program by answering questions, providing guidance to employees and supervisors regarding the program, collecting necessary documentation and submitting requests for payments in a timely manner after approvals have been gathered.
Responsible for partnering with the DNA HR Team to design and implement strategic organizational development programs and initiatives targeted at enabling business objectives (such as talent and succession planning, structure alignments, and workforce optimization).
