Ensures business growth by managing annual marketing and sales plan; develops and maintains business relationships with customers, and develops new business partners and alliances for the business segment or small geography.
This position will be responsible for the management of all functional areas of the outlets business including: operations, marketing, sales, finance, human resources, administration, maintenance and repair.
Develop tactical and strategic plans to build talent pipeline through associate development, meet profit and growth objectives, Drive consistent operational performance across all locations with a focus on safety, service and cost, Ensure all operations are optimally staffed and organized to maximize performance and service delivery.
Responsible for all aspects of managing a single retail store, inclusive of the salon. Has complete operational accountability to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability goals.
