Facilitate process improvement events (Workouts, Lean, etc.) and oversee the development of communication and training to increase the awareness of continuous process improvement tools and framework in Global Finance.
Creates ad hoc financial analysis as requested and presents results to management; works with management and other organizations to process and track status of consulting contracts and related financial actiivites.
