The Pharmacist will work with Infectious Disease Physicians and Antibiotic Stewardship clinicians with focus on antibiotic usage evaluation, patient safety and quality improvement initiatives as outlined by Medicare, the Joint Commission, and other agencies.
In this role, you will contribute to the formulary process through support of formulary compliance initiatives. Assumes accountability for non-formulary product authorizations and non-formulary medication resource utilization.

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with complex physical dysfunctions, requiring specialized care, perform advanced evaluation and treatment procedures, evaluate and instruct patients in after-care programs specific to their particular needs, maintain records of treatments given, patient responses & progress.
