Successfully interact with strategy leads, system product owners, platform teams, global business architects, human centered design experts, data analytics teams, and external vendors to define and develop transformative business processes.
Act as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community working with IT project teams and business clients to collect, clarify and translate business requirements into functional requirements documentation, process models, and data models (using appropriate tools) from which applications and solutions are designed and developed.
Responsible for supporting the annual LRP in terms of planning and alignment with Corporate as well as applicable functions involved ensuring a systemic and robust process that will compile key data inputs needed from various stakeholders in the business to ultimately deliver a meaningful projection.

Serves as a project liaison between the business sponsor and the service delivery organizations to understand and document user needs and transform those needs into requirements that will be used to deploy solutions that will meet the sponsors objectives.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
