The Branch Manager recognizes and anticipates the needs of the branch to meet budget goals and comply with all banking laws and regulations. Branch Managers actively coach, lead and motivate employees, directing them to effectively identify the financial needs of our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible to manages mortgage loan processing and branch operations, including overseeing the loan pipeline to ensure timely and quality processing of all loan applications. Coordinates workflow both within the branch and with other departments.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing staff workflow, including supervision of reception, mailroom, workstation support, administrative support and other positions based upon the size and characteristics of the branch.
