This position is responsible for collections, order management and credit review for US and Canada auto channel accounts. Utilizing customer contact and the SAP system to monitor and reduce delinquent items, this role will maintain credit term standards and enforce collection policy.
Build relationships with system member hospitals in order to drive adoption and support Truven solutions as well as identify needs which can be met at the hospital level. Communicate individual hospital value in support of corporate relationships.
Proven customer service/relations skills including the ability to deal effectively, tactfully, and knowledgeably with customers and non-customers in handling complaints, problems, and general inquiries.
Generate and manage sales opportunities by engaging assigned customer accounts,Cultivate customer relationships towards increased revenue and customer loyalty ,Prepare business plans and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
Develop sales strategy in concert with district business plans utilizing strategic planning processes that encompass company, market and industry trends in order to ensure coordination of efforts to achieve goals.
Coordinates with other Merit Endotek marketing and sales staff to ensure that the right products are shipped to customers on a timely basis and in the amount required, to stay informed about new products provided by Merit Endotek, and to provide feedback from customers about product needs and possible innovations.
In this role, you will be expected to create and execute a territory business plan that assures key objectives and revenue targets are met. You will also be expected to develop long-term relationships and repeat business opportunities with a diverse customer base.
