This position reports to the Vice President of Residential and Spotlight Colleges, Comcast Cable Communications and is responsible for the overall oversight, strategic planning and focus, and execution of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of all sales L&D programs for all levels and positions for sales employees across all functional areas in residential sales channels.
