The Technical Support Engineer, Movilizer Solutions is responsible for providing technical support to new and existing Honeywell Workflow Solutions Technical Support customers and partners utilizing the Movilizer solution primarily in SAP environments.
Work with End Users, System Administrators, Field Consultants, Developers, and Engineers at customer sites to diagnose reported software issues and address questions related to installation, configuration, development environment, operation, and general best practices on the IoT platform.
Provide an advanced level of research support including execution of key project tasks (e.g., data collection, tool design, or analytic tasks) within an area of substantive training or experience required by the research project.
As a Quality Assurance Technical Analyst, this resource will participate in the data analysis, script design and development.
