Provide technical feedback to engineering concerning product changes / enhancements. May be called on - site to assist in complex technical solutions requiring changes to core functionality, code, and systems operation.
The Application Support Engineers are responsible for the Build Engineering, Operations, Monitoring and Deployment of our Platform Tools offerings. This includes the development of automated deployment solutions.
Experience in the creation and support of SharePoint sites, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products to include Microsoft Exchange, technical desktop (Windows and Mac) and mobile device (iOS and Android) expertise, and ability to clearly and accurately document technical solutions. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills are a must.
Candidate must be able to perform engineering / technical assignments including working with outside suppliers, implementation of sound lean manufacturing practices and principles in a fast paced environment, specification, procurement and implementation the equipment and layout necessary to meet project goals, factory improvements efforts and automation efforts.
Participate in discussions to gather requirements for business product/system enhancements. In addition, the position will use in depth knowledge to perform root cause and trend analysis of key metrics to support various projects.
