The Financial Empowerment Program Manager will be responsible for building, implementing and refining a collective impact strategy that addresses barriers to credit, access to financial products, financial education and asset building.
In this role, you will be responsible to maintain project management overview, working with acquisitions editor(s), book contributors, authors and editors, and production colleagues, raising red flags as required and collaborating on problem solving with the cdm/ae/publisher as required.
In this role, the selected candidate will proactively reviews and validates deployment project plans identifying risks, issues and gaps that could impact project timelines and goals; develops corresponding mitigation plans in collaboration with their management and cross-functional teams.
The principal objective of this role is to oversee in a Application Project Manager capacity the development, deployment and implementation of new systems, technologies and information solutions in Oracle FMW and to understand and direct others in supporting and enhancing existing systems and technologies.

manage a portfolio of key strategic programs; accountable for delivering and ensuring that scope, schedule, commitments and escalations are being defined and adhered to appropriately.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in identification of projects business value; ongoing monitoring of value attainment within the project lifecycle and development of realization tracking method.
In this role, the selected candidate will actively plan for upcoming tasks, and re-planning when activities and dependencies have changed; define resource needs for strategic manufacturing initiatives and other strategic projects.
