In this role, you will be responsible for
oversee and execute all aspects of the talent acquisition process including sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis, offer proposals and offer negotiation, pre-employment clearance validation, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process; track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
In this role, you will be responsible to develops recruitment plans based on clients talent management strategy: Influences business leaders and HR Partners in prioritizing roles or markets for increased focus.
