In this role you will support activities and initiatives associated with change management involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance with local legislation. The selected candidate will manage candidate pipeline and proactively recruit and hire technical and clinical staff as required.
In this role, you will establish a project plan and set timelines for the dedicated assignment, in line with client requirements and in consultation with the direct / functional manager, in such a way that project steps and accountabilities are clear and expectations regarding the project can be communicated and fine-tuned with the client.
In this role, the successful candidate will partner with College Recruiting team to include developing relationships with targeted schools, coordinating on campus recruiting, and managing the selection of entry level candidates.
