The marketing operations & project manager reports to the global head of marketing working to help create scalable processes that ensure best practices in project management, lead generation and business growth.
The Campaign Strategy/Operations Manager will be a key member of the Marketing Operations team responsible for the successful implementation, management and day-to-day operations of marketing technologies and automation systems.
Develop strategic and tactical plans to advance access and reimbursement goals for portfolio.
Lead the development of local market strategies balancing the needs of both payers and provider stakeholders.
Develop product marketing team members skills with individual performance plans and regular on the job education and performance. Serve as expert on target markets and their problems by interacting with key customers and key commercial thought leaders.
The Product Manager is a well-seasoned leader who is responsible for managing all lifecycle aspects of a product platform and accountable for assuring end-to-end P/L, growth and profitability across multiple business channels for the assigned products.
Conducts on going research to define market needs (includes interfacing with hospital personnel, surgeons, nurses, and sales representatives, surgical observation, and literature review) to develop and maintain product lines.
Contribute to the development of brand strategies for products, services, programs and other key initiatives including establishment of value proposition, targeting & segmentation, positioning, branding, and lifecycle management. Manage key products in the product portfolio. Provide input into next generation portfolio prioritization.
As Jornayas first Product Marketing Manager you will lead the product positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market processes for a dedicated line of Jornayas products in order to maximize sales and ongoing value for our customers.
