In this position, you will provide technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes). Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures, and is typically located within a call center. Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems.
In this role, you will develops solutions for difficult-to-complex systems engineering problems, often without sufficient documentation readily available, and does so in a timely manner. Creates systems engineering documentation to be used by others to build and maintain systems.
In this role, you will build and develop strong relationships with business clients by demonstrating ownership of issues and problems, by communicating status of work and by being responsive to needs, requirements, and deadlines.
