As a Flooring Sales Associate (Builder Division) you will work with builders and/or their customers to fulfill their flooring needs, show products and solutions to meet their needs, when appropriate present upgrade products, while providing the best customer service in the market.
In this role, you will design and submit estimates to gain new profitable accounts. Estimate information to include expected time for completion, price, # of crews and trucks, contact person, time of job and any special needs. Record all aspects of the sales process up to and including closing the sale.
In this role, the candidate will collaborate with drivers sales representatives and customer service representatives to network with customers to increase territory and customer knowledge while growing market share.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with Sales Executives to identify the needs of potential customers during the pre-sales process; answer technical and security questions related to the product.
This individual will be responsible for selling new inspection contracts for fire sprinklers, fire alarms, backflow preventers, fire extinguishers, kitchen hood and special hazard systems by identifying prospects, cold calling when necessary, and planning and organizing sales activities.
