The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving profitable sales growth, retention, and market/brand development for business (50-4,999 lives) in 4-5 major markets through a team of 5-6 Regional Account Executives (Sales Reps).
This position is responsible for implementing all active and passive recruiting initiatives developed by company to attract and retain new funeral homes and insurance producers (Brokers, General Agents and Independent agents) to substantially grow Pre-Need Funeral revenues.
We're looking for a track record of proven sales success in Enterprise Software - Big Data, Database, Analytics / Business Intelligence, Applications, Data Warehouse, Professional Services organizations, or Cloud providers who are focused on Big Data solutions.

In this role, the selected candidate will be managing opportunities from key Cosumer Goods / Manufacturing Client and work with other stakeholders to ensure a high degree of client satisfaction within your assigned territory.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with external regional accounts and internal team including sales leadership, corporate account directors and other contract stakeholders to maximize the profitable sales and to gain, improve or protect product access.
