This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible for verification that the delivered application code or process meets the customer needs based on the specifications, ensuring minimal defects in both UAT and production.
In this role, the selected candidate will build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

In this role, the selected candidate will participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
The selected candidate will utilizes tracking systems to monitor and records recruiting activities as required by Management. Determines eligibility of agent candidates utilizing screening and interviewing techniques developed by the Company.
