Our nurse resource coordinators are responsible to function as a part of an interdisciplinary team as an expert clinician and decision maker on application of resources required for patient care involving a crisis or emergent situation.
The RN - Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
The scope of care for the PICU patient requires a high quality evidence based nursing care model which is comprehensive and provides for frequent monitoring and assessment of physiologic parameters through direct patient interaction and observation to meet the patients and families individual needs
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience with: Ventilators, Mulitple gtts, Wound/dressing changes, V.Caths, Bolts, A-Lines / CVPs / Swans, End of Life / Gift of Life (Organ Donation), CRRT and Rapid infusers.
