The Purchasing Quality Analyst is responsible for the examination and analysis of request to purchase forms, request for purchase orders, purchase order documents, receiving receipts, return authorization and shipping records and all other related documents in order to verify that all procedures and processes have been followed and to verify that all orders and returns are valid.
In this role, you will be responsible for testing the database logic, quality, performance, workflows and reports ensuring they meet the business requirements and acceptance criteria prior to release and after release into user facing environments.
The Quality Assurance Analyst's role is performing IT application system testing, providing production support and performing business analysis; this will include writing functional and regression testing plans, executing the test plans, and reporting and tracking defects to resolution.
The Quality Assurance is responsible for enhancing QA methodology and ensuring compliance by working with management to improve quality and process standards that result in on-time and efficient delivery of systems.
Perform standard qualitative and quantitative analysis on: purchased raw materials, in-process products, pure drug substances and finished pharmaceutical/nutritional products in accordance with approved testing procedures of Bayer, the National Formulary (NF), United States Pharmacopoeia (USP), and the European Pharmacopoeia (EP).
In this role, you will create, manage and drive project test plans that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
In this role, the selected candidate will define the To-be state of business process and workflow as expected by customer (user and IT teams) along with thought leadership inputs, refinements and improvements which will help the customer to achieve objectives faster and in efficient manner.
In this position, you will provide services in support of those activities necessary to ensure the quality, correctness, and efficiency of changes to the SAP solution. Maintain the adherence to defined system engineering process and standards. Work with ERP Program documentation standards.
This position supports the QA department responsible for Grinding, Separating Process, Bulk, and Pyro equipment. This position requires the person to possess expert knowledge of an SAP Quality Module business system, analyze non-conformances and supplier performance rating data, perform document control and global library management, and write QA system procedures, and project quality plans.
