Responsible for providing in-depth analysis and consultation on strategic growth opportunities throughout Government Programs. Works independently to provide a broad range approach to problem solving through objective analysis and project leadership.
The incumbent gathers and analyzes information for developing and modifying data processing systems and translates these requirements into logical, economical, and practical systems designs; evaluates operational systems and recommends improvements.
Experience in the creation and support of SharePoint sites, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products to include Microsoft Exchange, technical desktop (Windows and Mac) and mobile device (iOS and Android) expertise, and ability to clearly and accurately document technical solutions. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills are a must.
Responsible for determining data and planning needs by communicating with clinicians, administrators, other members of operations, finance, decision support, information technology, marketing and other areas of the organization to identify business challenges/questions and find solutions through data analysis.
In this role, the selected candidate will consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve customer problems.
This positions focus is on the database, application programming interfaces, application programming, scripting, and reporting needs that are required for clinical research applications developed and maintained within the operating unit.
