The incumbent gathers and analyzes information for developing and modifying data processing systems and translates these requirements into logical, economical, and practical systems designs; evaluates operational systems and recommends improvements.
Responsible for determining data and planning needs by communicating with clinicians, administrators, other members of operations, finance, decision support, information technology, marketing and other areas of the organization to identify business challenges/questions and find solutions through data analysis.

This position is responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of the APCI Federal Credit Unions (FCU) IT reporting and programming infrastructure in accordance with established APCI FCU, NCUA, Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. and other relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will provide programming support for custom software applications, primarily the SIMS suite, that directly support the day-to-day administration of the Universitys $800M research enterprise.
