An Assistant Program Director performs professional staff work assisting in the supervision of intellectual and developmental disability programs and location operation at the direction and in the absence of the program director.

Integrating the residency program with physician practices and hospital clinical services in a manner that enhances value and quality and that promotes an optimal environment for professional practice and graduate medical education.
Develop and manage objectives, deadlines, budgets, and activities associated with various programs as well as the strategies and tactics required;develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program.
Responsibilities include engagement with business operations and functional leaders to identify future strategic initiatives and working with senior management on inventorying, evaluating and prioritizing internal initiatives.
Collaborate with Product, Data and Web Services teams in the design of products, applications, and software to facilitate the implementation of these care processes; including the design of patient and provider engagement scripts in the call center application.
