Analyze complex traffic data to propose/develop solutions and tactical plans to optimize freeway operations in Traffic Management Center (TMC) and Transportation Operations Centers (TOC) managed by GFMS staff.
In this role, the selected candidate will assess incoming Product Quality Complaints (PQC) elevating potential issues/ incidents to management, including but not limited to Field alerts, PDRs, BPDRs, MDRs or possible recall situations.
Reports to Director, Global Technical Operations External Biologics, and receives general direction on goals and objectives. Functions independently and provides coordination, communication, and oversight of assigned External Partner technical issues.
