The Sales Operations Manager provides support and counsel to the SVP of Sales, Distribution & Customer Service; essential responsibilities of this role are supporting, improving and driving the sales organizations effectiveness.
In this role, you will create and maintain client master data including margin analysis, prepared sales measurements and reports, processed transactions, returns, and exchanges according to Company guidelines.
In this role, the selected candidate will be working with a best in class PMO as well as in conjunction with very talented product and engineering partners, this candidate will be interacting with partners across the country on a Syndication Program for their MSO partners.
In this role, the selected candidate maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing and correcting payroll; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; vendor management.
In this role, the selected candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style, quality, creativity, and teamwork.
In this role, you will be supporting Product Managers and other key functional leaders in the development of business cases and other key process related documentation. The selected candidate will also be responsible for developing and managing approved project resource plans for all assigned projects.
