In this role, the selected candidate will collect and analyze operating data, including cycle time, yield and throughput to identify and set priorities for process improvement, utilizing the appropriate tolls to achieve desired outcomes.
In this role, you will manage approved capital process engineering projects including capital equipment selection, implementation, and training. Manage and lead scope development of process engineering projects and programs and determine capital requirements and business and financial justification for efforts.
The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for understanding the current process state, identifying efficiency/improvement opportunities, then leading cross-functional team members to drive process improvements tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the business utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles.
The Product / Process Engineer II will be responsible for process engineering activities and deliverables including process development, equipment support, documentation, process implementation, problem solving, training, and process/equipment technology transfer.
