The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing production processes, methods, safety and quality practices. General duties will include: design and development of processes, production equipment and assembly; support product launches; preparing capital projects; leading Kaizen and LEAN manufacturing processes.
As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will apply Lean Manufacturing strategies to create processes, tools, procedures, and culture that help bring CRL's product offerings to new levels of quality, reliability, and value.
Special projects including providing assistance and recommendations regarding buildings, equipment, and processes relating to the integration of the manufacturing area. The development of working relationships and strong communication links through all cross function support areas of the organization.
Manage and coordinate in conjunction with plant leadership, activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, of equipment, and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of the facility.
Execute all requisite maintenance duties in a manufacturing environment, including facility/equipment maintenance, cost control, inventory management, capital planning, budgeting, and training of new employees.
Design and implement improvement solutions on new and existing equipment; develop and improve control systems, manufacturing processes and preventative maintenance plans including programming, hardware configuration, drawings and technical documentation.

You will be the Life Science Business Analytics Leader and so will head the business plan for driving sales of manufacturing analytics solutions, supporting sales teams and identifying market research.
