The successful OSR generates and secures new sales of products and value add services to increase our market share and drive value within the Custom Building Segment. In addition, the OSR ensures efficient and effective sales operations and superior customer relations with new and existing custom builder accounts.
The Outside Sales Representative will ask simple, direct, open-ended questions. They will be observant to look for current and future sales opportunities, and leverage observations in line of questioning.
This position requires the ability to lift sample cases of selected home improvement products. The sample cases individually do not exceed 40lbs, depending on the product sample case weight can range from 5lbs to 40lbs.
This is an outside sales position where you be managing a book of business. At the onset you will be responsible for cold calling with intent of establishing this account base. This is a high activity relationship based sales role.
A portion of your leads will come from building external referral sources and a portion are developed from our internal team. There are dollars in the hustle and most leads are self-generated through a structured, proven activity plan.
This person will be responsible for scheduling appointments with current and prospect clients whether they are lunch appointments, giving presentations, or checking the maintenance of HVAC products during site visits.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop rapport and evaluate the business owner/decision makers Human Capital Management needs, determining which products are appropriate and referring to internal partners as needed.
