Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as machines, robots, instruments, controls, etc.

Knowledge of materials testing (mechanical, DMA, FTIR) and ability to interpret these results; experience in designing plastic parts both for thermal plastic and applications and manipulating those models.
The responsibilities of the position include providing engineering, analysis, operations, and maintenance support for mechanical/HVAC equipment and infrastructure at complex pharmaceutical R&D facilities.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a knowledge on verification and validation activities but not limited to Tolerance analysis; good knowledge on Design control and management process as per ISO 13485 and ISO 14971.
In this role, you will perform engineering work concerned with the design, evaluation, planning, testing and operation of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and/or computer components, equipment and systems for commercial, government, military and/or scientific uses.
In this role, you will utilize strong mechanical aptitude, electrical systems competencies, and problem solving skills to work hands-on to troubleshoot equipment issues, develop action plans, and identify resource needs to solve problems in a methodical, disciplined fashion.
