This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of risk assessment, vulnerability assessment, and cyber defense planning who can provide accurate information on the current security environment to management while also suggesting improvements for the security program.
The IT Support Analyst provides high quality customer focussed end user technical support and helps maintain components of CPIs global IT infrastructure operations. Based at Malvern CPI Headquarters location but is also responsible for supporting users at Bedford and Las Vegas sites.
As a Quality Assurance Technical Analyst, this resource will participate in the data analysis, script design and development. Working closely with the Director of Business Intelligence and Data Science team this resource will be required to understand the Operations Processing and execution across all lines of business.

They will implement projects designed to improve the IT enterprise and benefit the US sites. Responsible for information systems design, development, and analysis encompassing one or more of the following areas of technical expertise: programming, PC application analysis, software development, systems integration, and related disciplines.
Lead risk based and security analysis to administer and maintain, proactively identify issues/gaps and lead initiatives to improve overall Information Security function, ensuring access rights are maintained and risks remains low in changing business requirements and changing risk and threat landscape.
