Support and guide field Human Resources professionals regarding onsite investigations; direct appropriate resolutions to field Human Resources professionals on all escalated employment relations issues.
Develops, interprets and coordinates personnel policies, practices and programs; provides staff services in the areas of employment, employee development, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, health and safety and community relations.
In this role, the selected candidate administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.

Build trust and credibility with business leaders regarding HR strategies that support the companies culture, direction and growth needs including: employee relations, performance management and change management.
The Human Resources Manager leads Human Resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. Key to success in this position will be an emphasis on quality, productivity and standards through goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Manages at least 1 full time exempt manager. Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, staff productivity and performance management to include disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
Directly accountable for the planning, orchestrating, and delivering of key business initiatives; candidate will have experience with the development of project charters, project plans, and risk planning.
