As part of our HRIS team, you will define and document business requirements, performing fit/gap analyses, data mapping, and system testing. Youll design, develop, and deliver end-user training. Youll research, analyze and develop modifications to existing functionality to meet the needs and objectives of Harsco. You will gather and summarize information used to develop recommendations to HR in response to operational issues, process improvements and program enhancements.
This position will analyze and interpret data in order to support the objectives of the Global Human Resources Operations department. The Global HR Reporting Analyst will create reports and analyze data in order to communicate key HR metrics, identify areas of concern or best practices to stakeholders within the HR department and other departments at the company.
