The Human Resources Manager provides leadership to the management team and employees at two plants and ensures human resources objectives are aligned with strategic business goals through effective employee relations, compensation, staffing, training, organizational development, safety and change management and organizational development strategies. This leader is expected to create vision, foster employee involvement at all levels and ensure compliance to employment laws. Communicates, administers and ensures the implementation of all corporate human resources policies and initiatives.
The incumbent must be able to translate business needs into effective strategies, design implementation plans to support those strategies, and drive the execution of those plans into tangible results to drive business performance.
Directly accountable for the planning, orchestrating, and delivering of key business initiatives; candidate will have experience with the development of project charters, project plans, and risk planning.
Build trust and credibility with business leaders regarding HR strategies that support the companies culture, direction and growth needs including: employee relations, performance management and change management.
Manages the design, implementation, administration, training, communication and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure, and other compensation related matters.
