The HR Generalist is responsible for providing expertise and support in the following areas of human resources administration: employer/employee relations, benefits administration, compensation administration, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, HR strategy, HRIS, government compliance, employment law, and retention and maintenance of employment records in a manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will be developing human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; collaborating in recommending courses of action. The selected candidate will prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends related to salary administration.
In this role, you will maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
In this role, you will develop strategies and policies regarding performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, training, onboarding, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
In this role, the selected candidate coordinates recruiting, interviewing, testing and selection of exempt and non-exempt jobs for the plant; cultivate and maintains recruiting resources such as staffing agencies, job fairs, colleges and internet sources.
In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and administering complex Human Resources programs and policies in any of the following areas; Communications, Safety, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Development, EEO, Employee Relations, Recruiting and Retention.
