In this role, the selected candidate will conduct full cycle new hire procedures such as new hire paper works, I9, employment verification, orientation etc, assist in the recruitment process of sourcing and scheduling phone interviews/screenings.
The HRIS Coordinator will support the benefit tracking system as well as the license validation process on a company-wide basis. The incumbent of this position also is responsible for several data maintenance procedures.
