In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing strategies to help drive sales of the companys product portfolio through effective teaming with ADs, and SAMs, and as required, the SIOT global sales team for customers which require coordination beyond the local region.
The FSE will perform complex customer support activities involving onsite installation, service, repair, hardware/software integration, process and development support, test support, troubleshooting, and training at customer site in a timely and cost effective manner.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will travel from your home to customer sites in a regional area to work on a project through completion. In this hands-on role, you will own the project, working from start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, through to completion of your project.
In this role, you will perform reliability testing, preventative maintenance, system inspection/evaluation, troubleshooting, repairs and engineering services on power distribution systems & equipment including low, medium and high voltage systems in such a manner as to ensure optimal system reliability.
The CNC Field Service Technician will have an extensive understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics to effectively detect and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical components.
