The Regional Project Manager of Facilities and Construction is responsible for planning, budgeting, design and construction of multiple projects relating to construction and maintenance of multi-temperature food distribution facilities and food processing facilities.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction and build projects throughout the projects life cycle Planning, Budgeting, Execution, Control and Closure. This includes ensuring that all the project deliverables and outcomes are implemented on time, on budget, and within scope, to meet the expectations of the client i.e. the Project Sponsor and Owner.
The role is responsible for the overall planning, direction and control of the account's custodial program. The Resident District Manager is responsible for and accountable to all contracts within the account defined as a district.
The Hospital Facilities Manager will work with the client to schedule equipment to be taken offline so that preventative maintenance can be performed, monitors operation of electrical and mechanical equipment supporting the facility and facilitys critical operations.
In this role, you will establishes, implements, and sustains facilities systems management, disaster recovery and compliance processes for the information technology data centers and critical space including, but not exclusive to, maintaining up-to-date operation and support procedures, electrical and mechanical drawings and maintenance records for cooling, electrical, fire protection, physical space, physical security, monitoring and maintenance of data center support systems, electrical and mechanical equipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of various mission critical facilities at a professional level in a highly sensitive environment, requiring the utmost level of concentration and exacting planned actions.
In this role, the selected candidate performs work order and project investigation or management including estimates, manpower requirements, and schedules; preparation of layouts, plans, and material lists; procurement of materials; preparation of implementation plans; punch listing, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan and direct Facility Operations (Hard and Soft Services), in the operation, maintenance, modifications, and replacement of all equipment, instrumentation, utilities, and buildings at the assigned facility.
