The Senior Manager, Advanced Services Strategy for the Enterprise Service Desk Services domain is an experienced professional who possesses a unique balance of technical depth and functional domain knowledge, horizontal and vertical services strategy and service offering development expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for data entry and gathering of manufacturing and print specifications instructions into the systems used for communication, scheduling, estimates and producing the customer finished product.
In this role, you will evaluates and implements changes to group functions to maximize operational efficiencies. Provides feedback and training as necessary. Conducts performance reviews and manages personnel issues within the team.
This key role will develop and document processes and procedures, establish operating controls and metrics, build out a new service oriented team and support deployment and automation capabilities of ITSM solution.
