In this role, you will develop candidate generation strategies and screen candidates through the full life-cycle of the recruiting process. Source, review/screen resumes, interviewing and present candidates to hiring managers.
In this role, the selected candidate will build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
