Responsible for analyzing contract requests/needs from operating companies and proactively translating into appropriate clinical contracts/budgets. Lead negotiation and execution of agreements including specialized support for negotiations in confidentiality agreements, informed consent forms, amendments and other ancillary contract documents as required.
Provide analytical and technical support for PSH for all third party contracts, or other initiatives within PSH. Work assignments are complex and responsibility requires in depth knowledge of financial and clinical systems, as well as strong analytical, investigative, interpretive and evaluative skills and the ability to contribute to and provide primary accountability for managing multiple projects.
Perform the review of contract requests, gathering any additional required information, choosing and populating appropriate templates, driving supplier negotiations, managing redlines/contract draft versions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in processing contract requests and engaging the appropriate support as needed.
Manage the implementation all provider contracts, including any pertinent changes and modifications applicable to these contracts; provide Health Plan management with all necessary data to allow for expedient resolution of claims issues.
Responsible for project managing assigned contracts to drive engagement of Sales, Engineering, Product groups, Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Logistics to drive for flawless execution on contract fulfillment.
Serve as a subject matter expert for all issues relating to contracts and grants department processes and corporate/procurement/Global Clinical Development Organization policies and procedures as they relate contracts and grants functions.
The Contract Governance and Compliance position is responsible for the implementation of contract strategy, proposal development, with emphasis on governance and compliance execution for the full portfolio of products marketed in the North America region to support the sales and marketing team.
