The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the entire construction process for individual construction projects. This includes planning, drawing and specification review, scheduling, field supervision, budget control, invoice approval, contract & change order administration, equipment requisition and installation and project completion and turnover.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction and build projects throughout the projects life cycle Planning, Budgeting, Execution, Control and Closure. This includes ensuring that all the project deliverables and outcomes are implemented on time, on budget, and within scope, to meet the expectations of the client i.e. the Project Sponsor and Owner.
Provide overall management for construction projects from preliminary design to final delivery by working collaboratively with project leaders, architects, subcontractors, suppliers and owners to deliver outstanding results that exceed client expectations and build long-term relationships while maintaining company profit objectives.
