Responsible for providing expert technical direction and advice for the continued development of the Emission Stack Testing Program. Works independently and applies extensive and diversified knowledge and experience to resolving complex problems.
The individual will be the Technical expert in environmental, safety and hazardous materials transportation, and is able to assess compliance, train others and identify, develop and implement compliant solutions to common regulatory problems across the companys facilities, including international.
Collaboration with WFVC Risk Management and CBRS Data Analytics team to execute testing and monitoring activities including developing, implementing, reporting and addressing issues identified with appropriate parties.
Act as primary contact for all Supplier Compliance Program Vendor Management inquires related to specific infractions that have occurred or are currently occurring and provide recommendations to the supplier on what they can change to become compliant or escalate a request for an exemption for the specific metric that may be affected
The Income Tax Compliance Senior Consultant (Senior Consultant) works with a team to provide income tax compliance services to corporate and partnership clients. The Senior Consultant prepares original and amended federal and state income tax returns, identifies tax issues and provides tax analysis for a wide variety of entities and their affiliates. The Senior Consultant works closely with other team members and also must be able to work independently when required.
The Anti-Money Laundering and Privacy Group sits within the Legal and Compliance Department of SEI and is responsible for designing and implementing policies, procedures and internal controls to prevent, detect and mitigate violations of applicable money laundering, terrorist financing and privacy related legislation.
