Develop a thorough understanding of FedEx Supply Chain solutions and ideal prospect types; Identify strategic internal channels to reach ideal prospects and develop campaigns and messaging appropriately.
This position is responsible for understanding the strategic and product development direction and utilizing this knowledge in developing marketing communication programs, campaigns and plans for SAE business partners to meet their business objectives.
Responsible for providing regulatory support and expertise in product compliance. Responsibilities include supporting the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring software system and preparing, revising and maintaining SDSs/product labels in accordance with global hazard communication standards.
Plans, creates and/or produces marketing communications/sales promotional materials to implement product marketing strategies, sales or corporate objectives. Produces information materials for communications media to reach the maximum number of customers and prospects.
Writes copy, edits copy, coordinates review and approval, and oversees production of materials for internal audiences that carry out employee engagement, corporate program, communication, or events plans.
Develop strong relationships with internal subject matter experts, working closely across business departments to understand their ongoing priorities, and ensure messages are delivered clearly and effectively.
