In this role, you will be responsible to
lead, manage and provide direction to a team of highly trained and experienced treasury management sales officers and sales support staff across a diverse geography in support of key community bank clients within assigned region. Lead team to acquire new relationship clients and deepen existing relationships by providing domestic and international cash management solutions to help clients manage their businesses.
In this role, you will lead, motivate, and counsel the sales team, to meet or exceed budgeted sales revenue, gross profit, unit placement, expense and equipment contributions projections while maintaining teamwork and the highest level of customer service.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan and executes effective strategies to develop relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts, typically at various levels including senior management and executive.
