In this role, you will assist Client Services Directors with daily project management responsibilities, ensuring each assigned client project flows smoothly through each required company department from inception to completion.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal departments to understand the current best-practices for strategy development. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to grow client book of business.
In this role, the candidate will develop strong relationships with client by researching and understanding their business needs, responding to client concerns and problems and acting as the liaison between the client and internal departments.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for meeting with Partners, participation in joint sales calls to customers and assisting the Partner in closing opportunities; assisting Partners in broadening their product expertise and sales opportunities, striving for growth from all associated selling resources.
In this role, you will build and strengthens client relationships both at the operational and executive levels by understanding the client's business goals and determining how ADP services/products align.
N this role, you will excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills required. Also required are strong problem solving skills (both technical and people management), the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and superior leadership and management skills.
In this role, you will coordinate Occupational Medicine Services with Lancaster General Health related employer programs and acts on opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of services across departments.
