The Client Service Coordinator is the primary point of contact between our company and our Network Services clients. This position requires handling a full range of tasks, including answering client phone calls, coordinating technical service and maintaining the service database.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist senior finance with month-end close, including, but not limited to, bank reconciliations, financial reporting on A/R, A/P, and all Work-In-Progress (WIP) items.
In this role, you will be responsible for product implementations and day to day of multiple client services or third party accounts, removing roadblocks, directing client/vendor questions to the appropriate parties, managing conflicting priorities with customers, and coordinating implementation project plan.
The selected candidate will support investment operations for leading traditional and alternative investment management firms, including trade administration and settlement, investment accounting, reconciliation, performance measurement, end-client billing and end-client reporting as well as day-to-day reporting to support each investment managers daily investment process and decision-making.
In this role, you will work with clients to understand business needs and present creative solutions to meet those needs. Help clients understand and articulate their needs for data and link back to company services.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide support to all field based employees with any logistical inquiries including travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, meeting room booking and ground transportation.
In this role, the candidate will assess and effectively manage all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure activities are in alignment with the bank's and unit's risk appetite and risk management framework.
