This position requires strong analytical skills as well as an ability to translate analysis on the business into recommended programs affecting all major marketing variables. Those marketing variables include advertising, promotion, product changes, pricing, new products, retail programs, and other key programs that could affect the short and long term profitability and share position.
Utilize working knowledge of customer insights to support the Brand Team by leading the development and execution of marketing plans that will enable the brand to set and execute a plan to meet its volume targets, share targets and overall business objectives.
Manage a smooth process for new projects from start to finish; create (working backward from deadline) and ensure team adheres to project schedules. Innate ability to create and stick to processes that keep business operations running efficiently is a must.
To manage proactive information flow with innovation, brand marketing, legal, qrc, customer service, supply chain and our licensee partners to facilitate commercial development of programs with meticulous attention to the level of detail required. The role involves regular travel.
