Manages the design, implementation, administration, training, communication and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure, and other compensation related matters.
Work with PPM analytics team to provide in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape; summarize key market differentiators and potential risks for targeted markets, including recommendations and corresponding financial impact.
Review, negotiate and resolve complex service issues escalated by staff and other internal and external customers. Personally service assigned large, complex, sensitive or prestigious accounts for the office.
You will participate in national and industry specific surveys relating to compensation, HR policies and practices, salary budgets, benefits, development, and rewards to ensure competitiveness within the market.
Develops merit budget recommendations, manages the annual merit review process and ongoing salary administration; manage the evaluation of sales compensation plans and provide recommendation to Corporate compensation on changes.
Creating and building successful relationships with internal customers, e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal, and IT, and external customers, e.g., benefit providers, brokers, consultants and external counsel.
