The successful OSR generates and secures new sales of products and value add services to increase our market share and drive value within the Custom Building Segment. In addition, the OSR ensures efficient and effective sales operations and superior customer relations with new and existing custom builder accounts.
Generate, cultivate, and maintain external referral relationships with local professional groups and healthcare organizations; increase awareness, reputation, and knowledge of the community with key decision makers; attain commitments to refer prospective residents from local referral sources.
Develops a program to provide the necessary solutions through the establishment of strategic business relationships and identification of key areas to be addressed which lead to the establishment of new national account agreements/contracts.
You will need to have the experience and passion for the aesthetics business and know how to successfully identify potential customer needs be they outcomes or ROI. You are known for your ability to engage everyone in the business from physicians, aestheticians and office managers.
