In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for moderately complex engineering projects; coordinate work within the scope of assigned projects to ensure objectives in terms of quality, cost, and time are met.
Searching for an individual with a B.S. in Engineering or similar, three or more years experience in a food production environment, and expertise with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and related processes. Certified Black Belts are preferred.
Work concurrently with design engineering to improve overall cost and efficiency of manufacture throughout the entire development process. Establish effective and efficient manufacturing processes, work instructions, and process control plans. Apply state-of-the art technology to meet increasingly competitive business needs.
